HERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

  • Meet with us to discuss your project and share your vision. This meeting will involve discussing budgets, timelines, and feasibility.

  • Iezzi Built will be there to guide you during the pre-construction time in which you’ll be working with your preferred designer to create your new space. Our experience and expertise allows us to inform and empower you with practical knowledge so that you can design a build within your budget. We will create a proposal outlining costs, timelines, materials, and other specifics.

  • Once you've agreed on the proposal, we will draft a contract detailing all aspects of our project. We strive to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

  • Don’t stress, we will help you handle obtaining necessary permits and approvals before commencing work.

  • This is when we start actual construction or renovation work according to the agreed-upon plan. Regular communication between us is something we pride ourselves on at Iezzi Built and it is vital during this phase.

  • Throughout the construction, inspections and quality checks ensure that the work meets your standards and adheres to our agreement.

  • Once we wrap up construction, a final walkthrough is conducted to ensure everything is as per our agreement. The exciting part - we hand over the completed project to you.
